3D Models

We convert digital impressions and scans into high-precision physical models using our Formlabs Form 3B printer, a professional-grade stereolithography (SLA) machine that works with biocompatible resins certified for dental applications.

With a layer resolution of up to 25 microns, this process makes it possible to manufacture study models, surgical guides for implants, splints, and orthodontic models that accurately replicate the anatomy captured in the scan or tomography — a physical model ready for the lab or the practice, without the distortion typical of traditional plaster or silicone molds.
