To guarantee safe, reliable, timely, and technically accurate dental radiology services, in compliance with scientific, ethical, and legal standards.
Commitments: compliance with Ley 100 de 1993, application of Resolución 3100 de 2019, compliance with Decreto 780 de 2016, implementation of radiation protection protocols in accordance with Resolución 482 de 2018.
Principles: patient safety, humanized service, confidentiality, continuous improvement, staff competency.
Your procedures and patients will receive priority attention.
Our services and packages will be adapted and personalized according to your needs.
Results are delivered immediately, either in physical format handed to the patient or in digital format sent to the email addresses on file in our database; these files are self-executing and do not require any clinical software to view them (DICOM, STL, PDF, and JPG file types are used).
If you need help reading a specific result or navigating our software, our Director of Operations (Dentist-Radiologist) will be able to advise you and provide the support you require.

SERVICE DELIVERY POLICY
The practice will provide the following services:
- Periapical radiographs
- Panoramic radiographs
- Cephalometric radiographs
- Tomographies (if applicable)
Conditions:
- A prior dental order is required
- Patient identification
- Signing of informed consent.
WARRANTY POLICY
The practice guarantees:
- Correct acquisition of diagnostic images
- Proper functioning of equipment
- Delivery of results within the established timeframes
Warranty exclusions:
- Clinical diagnoses (the responsibility of the treating dentist)
- External interpretations.
Images affected by: patient movement, anatomical conditions, failure to follow instructions. Free repeat of the study (only applies if): technical failures attributable to the equipment or operator.
PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION POLICY
In compliance with Ley 1581 de 2012 and Decreto 1377 de 2013:
Data collected:
- Identification
- Medical/clinical history
- Diagnostic images.
Purpose:
- Provision of the health service
- Billing
- Reports to regulatory bodies.
Data subject rights:
- Know, update, and correct data
- Request deletion when applicable
- Revoke authorization.
Security measures:
- Restricted access
- Secure storage
- Staff confidentiality.
LIABILITY WAIVER POLICY
The practice will NOT be liable for:
- Diagnoses made by third parties
- Clinical decisions made by the treating dentist
- Misuse of the images
- Erroneous interpretations by external professionals.
Clause:
The service provided is diagnostic support only; it does not constitute a definitive clinical act and does not replace professional dental evaluation.
RADIATION PROTECTION POLICY
Mandatory compliance with:
- Current radiological protection regulations
- Use of protective equipment (lead apron, thyroid collar).
Patient responsibilities:
- Report pregnancy or suspected pregnancy
- Follow the operator’s instructions.
INFORMED CONSENT
Prior to each procedure, a consent form must be signed that includes:
- Risks (minimal, due to radiation)
- Benefits
- Alternatives.
RESULTS DELIVERY POLICY
- Delivery in physical or digital format
- Only to the patient or an authorized person
- Turnaround time: [to be defined, e.g. 24-48 hours].
LEGAL CLAUSES
- Limitation of liability: The practice’s liability is limited exclusively to the correct acquisition and processing of the diagnostic image.
- Burden of proof: It is the patient’s responsibility to demonstrate failures directly attributable to the service provided.
- Express acceptance: Use of the service implies acceptance of all the policies described herein.
- Jurisdiction: Any dispute will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
REQUESTS, COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS POLICY (PQR)
- Received in writing or by email
- Response within a maximum of 15 business days
- Mandatory recording and follow-up.
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
- Minimum notice: 2 hours
- Repeated no-shows may result in service restriction.

- Certified staff
- Ongoing training
- Compliance with ethical and legal standards.
FINAL PROVISIONS
- These policies are an integral part of the service
- They are understood to be accepted by the user
